Auraib Zahid

Auraib joined TLG as an analyst in 2014. His key responsibilities at TLG include financial modelling, due diligence and performance evaluation of companies. Since joining, Auraib has worked on deals in the real estate, finance and consumer goods sector across various African countries. Auraib graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the National University of Sciences and Technology in Pakistan. Whilst at his undergraduate program, he was selected by Unilever for his innovative design to automate their green tea plants. He holds an MSc degree in Management, from London Business School, where he was awarded a scholarship based on his academic achievements

Robin Tayal

Robin joined TLG in 2018. His key responsibilities at TLG include financial modelling, due diligence and performance evaluation of companies. Robin has previously worked at KPMG (London) and SBI Capital Markets Limited (Mumbai) in M&A and Project Finance. He was responsible for managing transactions in Asia and EMEA and worked in various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, healthcare etc. He graduated with a Maths (Hons) degree from Delhi University, India followed by a Masters in Finance, from London Business School

Eddie Katongole

Eddie joined TLG in 2018 as a financial analyst working in the investment division. His responsibilities include financial modelling, company due diligence, portfolio management, macro-economic research, deal pipeline management and he also assists in origination. He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Buckingham which he received in 2017

Rumbidzai Muzhange

Rumbidzai joined TLG Capital in 2017. Her key responsibilities include office administration, marketing support and ESG management. Prior to joining TLG, Rumbidzai worked as a local authority social worker focusing on child protection. She previously worked at Barclaycard (UK) as a Customer Account Manager and prior to this she was at the Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe (CBZ) as a Credit Analyst in the Corporate Banking division. Rumbidzai holds a first-class Business Studies degree from the University of Zimbabwe and 2 Masters degrees – one in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business school funded by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and the other in Social Work from Brighton University

Phillip Nsubuga

Phillip joined TLG as an investment and operations analyst in 2019. Joining the operations division, his key responsibilities at TLG include system and web design, financial modelling and portfolio monitoring. Phillip holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing, Accounting and Finance from the University of Buckingham followed by an MSc degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter
